Error Opening GS Plugin

Whenever I tey to play a game on PSCX2 it says Error opening gs plugin. Thats if I use zerogs. If I use gsdx9 SSE it says Supported pixel shader version is to low Supported:1.3 Selected:2.0. The it says the error message. The game I am trying to play is ncaa football 08. My bios is SCPH-70012_BIOS_V12_USA_200. Just to let you know.

What is your Computer SPECS and video card ?

Sounds like your graphics card is too old, as i think both graphics plugin devs have chosen to only support cards with pixelshader 2 and 3 support.
