Is it a PSX games that has been converted to EBOOT.PBP format? Its possible to reverse this so you can get the ISO back without having to re-download it again.

No, downloading psx games are pirate, yes. We download them too but keep them to yourself. I dont know why AnAusticDog say this simpe word without say anything.
