save problems

hello i have had a problem that i cant seem to figure out i have been playing final fantasy 9 with the epsxe emulator i am in the Gizamaluke's Grotto evey thing been doing great up to now. but for some reason when ever i save and then turn off the emulator the next time i start the rom it does not have my spot that i just saved can some one help me or tell me what i am doing wrong

are you saving it in the game or in the emulator? if you saved it in the game you'll either have to load it back up in the game or its lost. You could save it in the emulator by going to "Run" and then "Save State(F3)". When you turn off the emulator and play it again you'll have to go to "Run" and then "Load State".
