Why do my games look like this?

Every time I try to play a game using Petes OpenGL Driver 2.8, my games look all crazy like this:

I can use different plugins, but I can find any with screen smoothing options and other options.. Does anyone know how to fix this? I never had this problem on my old computer. My specs are:

Athlon 64 X2 4200+
2gb DDR2 800 RAM
256mb Radeon HD3850 graphics card

have you tried using a diffrent emulator?

i personally have had a ton of problems with epsxe over the years. every plugin seems like it has to be compatible with the others you use and the results still arent great

i personally use the psx emulator. you dont have to mess with plugins. and i have had zero problems using it. games run better, sound better, and look better.

honestly though i would suggest trying diffrent plugins. i remember that i actually had graphix problems and something stupid like changing a sound driver fixed it.

i honestly suggest using psx though.
