Name of one arcade game

Hi!

Please help me with the name of a game. It's a very old game of the 90s.

You control a red car in a game with vertical scroll. You need to gather objects to get points and oil cans for continue playing. If you get neat the end of the oil the machine said "Energy at red"

LOL. I played it in NES version aka Bump 'n' Jump. The arcade coin op version is so much better than NES version, heh.
