Why are there no Sega Emulation forums ?
 Anyway. I couldn't find this game anywhere I trust buying from, so like a punk I downloaded it. I've got the CD bin, cue and MP3's. The cue has refference to the MP3's and whatnot, but I can't seem to burn it with Nero. I get an error. Am I just using the wrong program? Am I doing something else wrong? I've never done this before, advice would be cool.

You're meant to just run the bin in an emulator or something.
