I have played Pokemon Diamond on my PC using No$GBA Emulater but when I defeat Commander Mars & Juiptar it just stop so what is the problem and how can I fix it

It's expected considering how No$ GBA is still a work in progress. Hell, there have been times when it closed unexpectedly while I was playing.

Sorry. I do not know this one because I am not fan of Pokemon at all.

Maybe you can look around some forums who did play it on no$gba is your best bet.

Black screen with sound or does it error?

It was not a black screen but it was a screen from the game on the legendry pokemon in that place

Wait. Just keep clicking the A button(Dont know where you place your A button). I've seen this problem before. There was a minor(Or Major) graphics glitch on that area if Im not mistaken. The trio Uxie/Mesprit/Azelf will appear making a sound. After that you have to fight the Team Galactic Boss (Forgot...2 months of not playing..but FINISHED) then your favorite...the legendary PKMN Palkia/Dalgia(Easier to catch though but cant go out so you better have some pokeballs). GoodLuck on your quest.
