Can anyone tell me if its possible to play Kung Fu Master on my PC? If so, how would i go about it?

Well..... for arcade, you can try with MAME32 which is available from this link.

Unfortunately we can't tell you where you can get the game. Try Google as RockmanForte mentioned earlier.
