HOW TO SETUP NETPLAY ON MAME

i am desperate to setup kailera that i just downloaded to mame emulator.
i dont have a clue how to do it.
can you explain it to me detailed so i can play my favourite game (street fighter alpha) on the internet?
Please help me out with this problem.

You'll either need mame32k0.64 or mame++k 0.117. It really depends on where you live around and what the people who live around you use to play in the servers they play. There is also GGPO: http://ggpo.net whose gameplay is really close to offline quality.
