FFIX menu problem (not battle menu)

Okay after 100+ errors i got most of the game to work, slowly, with repetitive freezing. BUT IM OKAY WITH THAT. (im still playing as Vivi at the begginning before the play)

Anyway when i press Items, Cards, Config or anything on the triangle menu, it always trails and blocks off what i can see. its hard to explain... lets see

Before i choose an option

After i choose config

Its somewhat like that except the 'Configs' are cut from left to right in half by the lines (the lines are created by the Config box sweeping up to the top and the extra boxes are not deleted)

works the same, please post your system specs and Plugins in Use,

you need to config it properly, read similar articles to get around that problem
