PSX emu, and PSX ROMS?

Hi,
What is the best playstation (PSX) emulator out there and where can I find it?

Also, what are some good sites for the Playstation ROMS? - So far searching for playstation ROMS has been like looking for a needle in a haystack, I was hoping somebody would be willing to share some good sites with me.

Hello? This is an emulation site. Have you tried looking at the main site? The best emulator is listed at the top of the list. And no, don't ask where to get games. Read the rules.

Just to give you a tip, Psx Iso not Rom, most are on torrent sites, otherwise you probs won't find them
