I need lots of help on how to load my ps2 game up in Pcsx2. The game I am trying to play is Alvin and the Chipmunks. I downloaded this game in******* And this is site has a lot of Ps2 iso's and more. I finished downloading it and it was in this extracted .7z folder. And there was an iso file inside this folder. But I cannot seem to make it load up in the Pcsx 2 emulator. I mean I tried everything I could to make it work, but I had no use. I am really upset and frustrated with this. But this used to work on the emulator just fine for me. Like what I am supposed to put into the CD/DVD iso plugin? I definently need a small guide and some screenshots to help me out with this big problem. Ok then? So please let me know on how to fix this so my game can finaly work. So thank you very much!

jordanllgg45, few things to note. whether you know them or not I'm going to mention them.
1) Rom are for enjoyment, nothing more. There is no reason to get upset, period. 2) Tone down a bit and relax, you will get help here, but typical people dont read posts with negatived/upset tone. 3) ISO are images, nothing more. you dont really open them. You can mount or use then. To mount an iso use daemon tools.. otherwise most emulator nativly read them, look in your case its not working. 4) some iso's, namely bin's have cue files. Its good to keep them and load them instead. Normal its just for sound but some times its needed. 5) and general opening iso's should not be hard, thus you wont find a tutorial for such a thing? but you can look here Last edited by ulaoulao; 11-06-2009 at 23:41. |

And you need to post your system specs when asking for support.
