The best for me is ThemeXP.org...BUT be careful they will install some software on your PC (not malicious).It's recommended that you download all the skins you want,copy the VS to some other folder and after that uninstall themexp.org software.

To make a screenshot of your desktop just click the PrtSc button on your keybord and then open a art program like Paint and paste it there then go to like Imageshack.us to upload it.
