download 7zip http://www.7-zip.org/
unzip the file.
I guess you have every damn dump on existence, like [b1], [b2], [!], etc... I find that useless.
i dont think you can play the roms directly from an archive file.
I think SNES emulators only support .zip and .rom
If you want to play games archived I think you will have to settle for them just zipped...
if you do choose to do that though, I recommend ZSNES.:)
yeah and i recommend snes9xK (kaillera rulez)
your right it wont open 7zip you need to extract your all in one extractor is winRAR ^_^ no need to get a 7zip extension it already has it!
The only archived type that SNES emulators (and many other emulators) is .zip. That's what I think.
Well, looks like I'll have to wait for a SNES emulator to support 7z. No way I'm keeping 10Gigs of zipped SNES ROMs when 7z takes up 1.6GBs.
Oh, and Butters, NES emulators are starting to support 7z.
why dont you just rid yourself of teh [b1] etc dumps and
just keep teh good ones?
Exacly. Just leave the ones with [!].
Well, that kind of takes away the whole idea of Rom Collecting... :P
But what will you ever do with those crappy dumps??
look at them and be able to say you have them??
pretty pointless if you ask me... A collector wouldnt buy a
broken thing thats pretty much what those bad dumbs are... :glare:
Lol whoops DUMP's
YOu know what i mean..
No. That means you would include only verified games. Many games are good, but don't have a [!], since they haven't been verified yet.
It's better to download the No-Intro SNES dat. In this way you will only have the games that are commercially released for the SNES.
