It's a preview of the latest Gyakuten Saiban game for the DS. In western countries this game is called Phoenix Wright and we only have the first 2 games. IIRC the first 2 games were released first for the GBA in Japan.
I have completed the first Phoenix Wright game and I loved it. The game is contains much text, so you have to like that to enjoy the game. The basic principle of the game is:
1. Someone is murdered
2. There is a suspect which you have to defend
3. You go looking for clues/evidence
4. In court you look for contradictions in the witnesses' testimonies, sometimes backed up by evidence you found before the trial day.

In my opinion PW games (along with Castlevania) are the best DS games out there.

PW is one of the best games indeed. It's just that these kinds of games have zero replay value.
