Xbox360 controller for Nestopia?FCEUltra?

Just bought one of these today to try and get it to work with either Nestopia or even better FCE Ultra. Does anyone have any clues or tips? Or know of a NES emulator that natively supports it?

IIRC the Xbox360 controller should show up in the Windows control panel after you connect it. In that case, most emulators should be able to use it.
