Nintendo DS Help Please!

I have a rom that will not work on any emulator that i find, i have tried the iDeaS and DeSmuME and DualliS but none of them work what do you think could be the problem.

Maybe cause the emulators arn't 100% playable

or the problem might be the rom itself
