help for no$gba

i just downloaded no$gba. when i try to load the pokemon emerald.gba rom it says that the gba rom image crashed............wht is a gba rom image n how do i go about this. i hav the pokemon emerald rom can ne1 help me load it n play multiplayer on da same pc?
