Aren't those characters from Riverside City? If so, it's a hack, but I'm not sure.

hey butters actually they used those characters in lots of games. (world cup, river city ransom, and super dodgeball to name a few.) not hax!:happy:

ive seen that site before. its all pay membership anyway so unless someone pays they can rom dl anyway.

It exists. It is an original. There are two European and one Amercan versions for it. Do not request the ROM here (also not through PM, please).

I found it! and yes is an original ROM not hack, the name is Nintendo World Cup, just use Google with that name and you'll find it too. And the link that I posted doesn't download the game.
