help in vba sound and video recording...

i have just tried out the sound recording but the problem is...th file is too big... that is only 2 mins of music is already 20 mb!!!
the same goes for video...AVI and only 20 secs of recording is 100 mb...!!!
so can anyone out there can help me reduce the size of these stuff???

That file is uncompressed file you need to compress it.

Use TMPGEnc or any video editing software to reduce it. Plus, you need some codec in order to do that, such as DivX or XViD...... :cool:
