I Need Help To Find Roms And Stuff

Ok i looked at the main site and i only found like 3 GBA ROMS, is that all that there are?

I'm pretty sure you can find other non-commercial roms if you use google, or someone else may know a site. Just don't ask for commercial roms.

He must be refering to these (http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/roms.html) roms. They are there to provide with a fast way to test an emulator legaly.
