Try Ngemu.com and its forums, and always keep an eye on its news.

Somebody is lucky, Emulator Zone's archive just happens to have a copy for archiving reasons. Get it from here (http://www.emulator-zone.com/files/emulators/psx/epsxe/epsxe152.zip).

The site system does not support that. To do that some serious rewriting will be needed.
