help with snes rom

i was wondering how do i set back the normal speed to my snes roms. when i play the game it goes too fast. thank you so much for your time.

What emulator are you using?

if your using zSnes (if not, you should be.Its a great emulator)
go to options->speed, then play with the speed settings

i am running snes9x v1.29. i still cant get it. thanks for everyone's help. :D

"Options" -> "Display Configuration" -> check "Automatic Frame Skipping" & set "Fixed Frame Skipping Rate" to "0"

Btw, current Snes9x version it's v1.43, try updating here (www.snes9x.com)
