its freaking geocities.. dont you know anything about web hosting?!
About 3 people can view his site a day.. rocky had the right idea.

That will pop up ALOT!

you could make a site with geocities that got 25k hits too if you were making a snes emulator.. that is completely beside the point.

he just needs some one to host his site.

I sent him an email and offered to host it on my site at something like
"http://www.gamerzdomain.net/whatever_he_wants_here" I suck at web design though.

Since I have more web space than I can use at the moment I really wouldn't mind hosting an emulator site, if nothing else, just to help out the emulation community.
