I was trying to play Xcom2 but in my computer runs so fast that is unplayable so please someone help me...

Look at DOSBox (http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/news.php?show_news=1), an excellent MS-DOS games emulator, might help you, as it's listed as XCom2 compatible (http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/comp_list.php?letter=X)
It's a Windows cmd program, so you might like a frontend like D-Fend, RobyDOSBox, etc
