I'm totally new to this, and have no idea how you start playing sega cd games through gens. I know about the changing misc bios option to the latest ISO file, but that's it.

Try using the Gens emulator and use a cd emulation software such as daemon tools (http://www.daemon-tools.cc) to load the iso.

ok but there was about 20 BIN Files do I have to load any of those, or do I just load the iso file if there is one.

Things are really simple.

1st step

Download GENS emulator

2nd step

Download the SEGA CD BIOS files

3rd step

Equip the SEGA CD BIOS

1-Run GENS

2-Go to OPTIONS

3-BIOS/MISC FILES

4-CONFIGURE SEGA CD BIOS FILES

5-Equip the BIOS files you just download

GO PLAY!
