I make this topic in this thread in order to make this silly, and stupid manners stopped! :angry:

Do you want these stupid attitude allowed here? I don't think so, as I think all members (or old members) should be nice to one another. Now, I was very *BEEP!* as I read those posts. I tried to say my opinion nicely but replied back with those flaming words! Think about it. If you want to make this forum better, set some rules to make this one nice and friendly place to everyone who visit here. Personally, this is not a forum what I wished for since I joined here!

Since I am very insulted and angry following that posts, I'll leave this forum for a while to cool down myself. <_< :(

Things used to be quite bad a few months ago but seem to have improved in the past few weeks.

My suggestion is to try not to be annoyed with a random insult or two used for fun, think of it as talking with somebody you know in person.

If however you find any signs of harassment or flaming please use the report button and a moderator will be on the situation as soon as he/she is available.

I think that's the best way to avoid a flame war, just ignoring them. By the way, here's a rule related to this:

If you wish to register in this forum just to start posting crap or insult members be prepared to kicked out. Continual harassing behavior directed towards a certain individual or group with the intent of an creating an intimidating, offensive, or hostile environment on the boards, with or without use of explicit or implicit threats is strictly prohibited. In other words dont even bother trying to start a flame war as it will get you nowhere. Posting private information without permission is also prohibited.

Lefteris_D, even though you keep asking me or others to ignore those insulting comments, but it'll never leave some good things to this forum. Even though he/she is considered as a friend, but he/she shouldn't play too far just like this quote.

He is referring to me as moralist being extinct. Correct! I am too moralist since I'm a bit different than all of you. I'm Asian if you want to know. I don't mind being refered as moralist but four words kept me insulted on that day. 'you b*tches were extinct!'. Not only refering to me but to all existed moralist in the world! Okay, probably that's why his/her country is so lame because of the extinctions of moralists. That's the end of my flame to that thread.

Not only that thead, there is also other ones in which there is a bit annoyed but can keep get away from it. Since there's a rule indicating 'Watch your behaviour', it doesn't keep this forum back on track since some people still keep their bad behaviour. Here's my other suggestions, banning those foul languages in this forum since I know there is an option indicating to that.

Sadly that is true, ignoring a problem will not just make it go away. However, if you run a small search you will see that we have begun showing active presence in the parts of the forum where the problems appear.

Since there's a rule indicating 'Watch your behaviour', it doesn't keep this forum back on track since some people still keep their bad behaviour. Here's my other suggestions, banning those foul languages in this forum since I know there is an option indicating to that.
As I already said, we are more active now so we'd like to keep the ban option as a last resort measure towards the people that will continue to bring problems no matter what we do.

As for the rules we do understand that some are a bit messy so we might rewrite some(or even remove!) to make the whole "package" more easy to read sometime in the near future. Yeah, the whole set has become too "bulky".

Let me get this straight. Let's say that you start a flame war against JAPPsmash and he does not respont. That means you won, right?
Then what? You get to go to your friends and brag about winning a flame war that was completely ignored? That sounds stupid but on the other hand flame wars are stupid in general.


One, and perhaps the most important, reason most forums do not allow flame wars is the fact that it leaves nothing good for guests to see. In fact the feeling of hostility flame wars generate gives one more reason to existing members to leave.


A good example of flame wars and hostility driving people away is this site. Though I was away at the time I was told by several individuals about the bad attitude and aggression that forced alot of members to leave before it went down.

SladeXR, I don't know what culture/lifestyle you are living but that one is not FUNNY and I personally confirmed being insulted with that. As I tried to reply with you calmly (almost erupted)..... but you insist 'flaming' back at me again with those word! ......But what happened is already happened...... Bah!

Secondly about 'lame' thingy, every personality behaviour is affected by the community/family/country when a person grew old and older in a place. So, if that is your real personality, better control yourself while meeting with foreigners/strangers. :angry: <_<

Splize, that's very ridiculous opinion regarding what you mentioned. Not respond means you lose? Even in history, not respond tactics is not always a loser. If you keep respond and respond, it would turn out to be a neverending flame war just like current issues like business/politics/war. It would never bring any benefit to anyone if that still go on. So, you want to join them? B)

As much as I love this thread it is obvious that it is going to turn to some kind of flame war.

Before I close it let me remind you of one thing again: The "Report" button is your friend. Use it and all the moderators will get an email with a link to the troublesome post. Leave the rest to us.
