How to use fusion 3.15?

Hi everyone!!

i am trying to play a sega cd game name Captain Tsubasa on the computer. But it seem i am unable to do so and dont know where to start, i have currently download the Captain Tsubasa ROM and the fusion 3.15 software.

I have try many time to start the game but still unable to do so.

Can anyone out there please guide me step by step how to start the game.

You will need a BIOS to run Sega CD games :)
