Emulator problem with Illbleed for the Dreamcast

I'm having some emulator problems with Illbleed. Whenever I pause, all in-game sounds stop apart from the music. I've tried the game with NullDC and Chankast, with the latest versions of both, but still get the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

That didn't work. The sound still stopped and the graphics became corrupted in addition. Any more suggestions?

Then you will have to wait or burn it and play on your dreamcast because you dont need pre modded it. Burn this cdi game and you will be play.
