Configuring my controller

I have Nestopia as my emulator and Logitech gamepad as my controller but I can't figure out how to use it. It works when I go into control panel and then calibrate but I just can't seem to get it to work with a game. Any help would be appreciated....

If you search for Logitech controller issues you would have pages to read. Do your self a favor ditch it. Otherwise try lots of plugins or get a joy2key app.

I just bought a Logitech Dual Action game pad and it works fine with ZSNES and other emulators like rocknes. Are you sure you've configured it correctly?
