wkpe for windows xp

Hi,
i search for a dongle emulator that work under Windows xp. i found wkpe 1.81, but it only works under windows 95. does anyone know a emulator, because the software that i use is not longer supported.

I know this may cross the line of 'grave digging' but xp has i nifty little feature called "Compatibility Mode"
Right click the shortcut --> properties --> compatibility and tick the 'Run .. Compatibilty mode for. Whatever os it needs

Note: This may or may not work
