Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Save Problem!

Hello everyone! I have a problem when I try to save the game! When I press start to save it, it says "Save Failed"! Can someone please tell me what's wrong?

This game need EEPROM 64.

Make sure to go to options:

NDS Cartridge Backup Media:

Then go to options again, click save option, File, reset cartridge. Viola!

Erm, I can't save on this game either. I'm using Eeprom 64k on version 2.5c and it says "Save Failed" everytime I try to save :(
