Can't save in Pokemon Emereald

I'm using a MacBook, and the VisualBoyAdvance.

The game work fine, but when I saving, and quit the emulator, and trying to play again, i must start on a New Game...


The probilem is to save the game.

I try to load leaf green or emerald and it just comes up as a blank screen. :glare:

But yet if I use GB color game on VisualBoyAdvance it works just fine. :glare:

try using a different emulator, like no$gba, its an emulator thats in the DS section because it can play DS games.
If you dont want to use a different emulator, then what save settings are you using on VBA?
